This TV has such good picture. Video games, movies, TV shows. Whatever you enjoy doing, this TV is great for that. The dark scenes in games or movies look fantastic. Color is great also!

No need to go to a movie theater any more. HDR10+ content looks amazing. Who needs Dolby Vision? Tizen is pretty good compared to other TVs on the market. Serviceable and responsive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I weren’t so annoyed by the little tiny remote that constantly turns my Programming akimbo cuz I can’t feel if it’s right side up or whatever and I hit the wrong buttons by mistake and lose minutes in the games, etc. trying to find my way back, I’d Be quite happy with this tv. Being old isn’t an advantage either… I can’t figure out how to adjust the picture like I read about! All I have is whatever is the default setting to go by, but it’s fine, really. Very crisp and clear picture, and excellent viewing from all angles, unlike our last tv. Oh, Alexa interrupts sometimes, apparently answering the dialogue on the tv, that’s annoying too! We have a Sonos beam sound bar, so can’t speak to the quality of the tv’s speakers. I’m glad we bought the tv but wish I could figure out how to use it to its potential.

The picture quality is nothing short of breathtaking. Deep blacks, radiant colors, and fluid motion render each frame with cinematic grace. Watching NFL and NBA telecasts is a revelation. The sharpness, the depth, the way the grass glistens under stadium lights or how jerseys shimmer on hardwood floors—it all feels alive. Every cut, pivot, and pass is delivered with such precision, it’s as if the athletes have stepped into my living room. The layout of the icons is intelligently designed, uncluttered and elegant. Tizen OS is a quiet masterclass in efficiency—every menu flows, every click feels intentional. The AI processor upscales content so well that even older films feel newly restored. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this TV over competitors due to good reviews and for it being able to communicate directly the Hue Play Strip for ambient lighting. Setup was easy and it quickly tied into my existing home theater setup sending audio via the ARC port. The Hue feature that I had been searching for worked great, adding ambient lighting to the TV apps (Netflix, Youtube, etc.) that was missing from my previous TV. I was able to turn off the ads that pop up (which shouldn't be there in the first place on a TV this expensive). I also wish that input switching was more straightforward (there is no "input" button on the remote). Unfortunately, less than 30 days after purchase, the TV powered off and would not power back on. Scheduling service was relatively easy and quick - it was serviced within a week. Weird, but maybe I just got a bad TV. Fast forward 4 more months and the same thing happened again, TV powers off and will not power on again. Service scheduling is straightforward but now I have a TV that has broken twice within the first 5 months of ownership. I like the TV but have some serious concerns towards its long term reliability.

The only thing I can say that is a frustrating is the Bixby can never understand what I’m saying. And every now and then the white part of the picture has this glittery sparkling to it. I’m not sure what that means. But otherwise the TV works well. Samsung did a nice job on my first OLED. Thank you Samsung!

I've seen 8k and without being side-by-side, I cannot tell the difference other than 8k is currently in QLED and so is not as accurate with the blacks. The built in speaker is decent but a soundbar is a very noticeable and worthwhile upgrade. The color presets are pretty good though they can be a bit too much in terms of color contrast for some things (some games, some movies, some TV shows), but these can be adjusted; would be nice if presets were more aligned with actual use rather than first install "wow" factor. Overall I really like it and have no wants for anything more, even knowing what else exists on the market.

I love the thinness of the panel itself and how close the screen comes to the bezel. I choose this against the LG C4 series because Samsung was complimented to be superior in the brightness department and overall color ratio performance. The sound quality is pretty efficient too coming from the back of the TV; I was impressed. I really haven't had to turn the volume above 35. I stream YT, Max, & Prime and the quality of the content is on point. Even gaming has been smooth. My set-up is simple, but I noticed a superior upscaling in definition, color and saturation when I played Assassin's Creed Odyssey. Overall very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend. Only cons are the flimsy construction of the stand. I'm not a big fan of it and the WiFi connection. It takes a minute for the TV to connect automatically - minor stuff.

I have never seen a TV with such beautiful colors. And the detail was extremely sharp. I play a lot of games on the TV. The action was extremely smooth and everything was as if I was actually there. I would highly recommend this TV for anyone wanting to experience the ultimate in television viewing. I would also recommend a Samsung sound bar to go with the TV. I have always used Bose sound bars but I got the Samsung sound bar and I am so much happier. The sound bar syncs up with the television for much better sound than I ever got with a Bose.

Adding new streaming applications is a straightforward process. My only suggestion for improvement concerns the startup options. For example, my primary service is YouTubeTV, but when I turn on the TV, it does not always launch directly into the live broadcast. There have been occasions when a game had already started, and I was unaware until my friends messaged me about events I had not yet seen. While it is easy to resolve this by manually selecting the live action, I would appreciate a prompt that allows me to go directly to the live broadcast when launching this channel. That prompt when starting this channel.
