I deviated a little to save some money and bought an another TV high sense but it happened to go black on the sides after a year and a half and I have to re-buy my TVs. I also really enjoy how my ring doorbell pops up on my tv when asked or when someone rings the doorbell. I only wish Samsung could figure out how to move clothes from washer to dryer when needed....!

Poor sound quality during live sporting events
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most broadcasts of live sporting events have huge fluctuations of volume. There are many moments that the volume increases dramatically on its own with heavy crowd noise which drowns out the announcers. I’d estimate the overall volume increases 25% and is unbearable. It will go back to normal levels on its own.

Pinehurst177, Thank you for sharing your experience with volume fluctuations on your TV. This is likely due to a setting you may have accidentally enabled. Here are a few steps that may help resolve the issue: 1. Turn off the Sound Sensor: Use the button located beneath the Samsung logo on the bottom of the TV. With the TV powered on, press the button to the left to turn the sensor on or to the right to turn it off. 2. Disable AI Sound Features: Some AI functions automatically analyze and adjust sound, which may cause volume to fluctuate. To disable these: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode. You can turn off all AI functions at once or toggle each setting individually. 3. Check for Firmware Updates: Keeping your TV up to date may improve audio performance: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now To help stabilize audio, please do enable Auto Volume, which automatically adjusts sound levels when switching inputs or channels: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume > On (please note: Auto Volume can be used with TV speakers only, not with connected audio devices) If you'd like more assistance, please contact Samsung Support for further assistance at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Samsung does it again

I use my Samsung QN80F for the standard Streaming and movie watching the picture just jumps off the screen right at you. With the QN80F I can stay home Friday nights and have a movie theater experience right in my Living Room.

Samsung has the BEST innovative products
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We watch our beautiful samsung TV every day, we use the free samsung channels and an over the air TV antenna and receive over 90 channels with that alone. Brilliant, stunning picture and all the smart features only get better over the years. This is my sixth smart TV. I have other older samsungs that keep on ticking like new in other rooms of the house. It intergrates with my samsung s25 ultra phone perfectly . I almost can't wait to purchase my next new samsung TV. But I have to wait a couple more years since I just purchased this one in 2025. Keep up the great products, no one has anything close to your technology and quality or performance. Love all my samsung products.
