Tinny audio

Hello yoreel, We appreciate you taking a few moments to provide feedback regarding the Samsung Music Frame. Here are a few tips to help improve the Music Frames audio performance. First thing: Update the software. The easiest way to update is by using the SmartThings app, select the Music Frame, then tap the 3 dots in the upper right and select Information. From here, you can select to update the software. Second, use Adaptive sound mode. It automatically adjusts the sound based on the content, which makes it “set and forget”. However, if you are only using the Music Frame for music, I like the Music sound mode for its clarity and faithful reproduction. If using for listening to vocals (like podcasts, news, etc.,) I like Voice Enhancement mode. Finally, there are “tweaks” you can make to tailor the sound to your taste. First, turn on SpaceFit sound so your Music Frame can adjust to your room acoustics, then go to the Equalizer and adjust the lows/high/mids to your taste. The Samsung Music Frame has high quality sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed when I first connected my streaming platform of choice through the Samsung Music Frame. I have never paid a lot of attention to the quality of sound when listening to music but the difference was stunning and immediately noticeble. i can play music quite loudly and go into another part of my home and it still sounds crystal clear. I hear sounds like harmonies, background vocals and instruments I never heard before while playing music from my computer or phone. It is so impressive I wonder if I was really listening to music correctly at all! As someone who streams music 24 hours a day, I am more than happy with the Samsung Music Frame. As with all Samsung products, including the appliances I have in my home, the quality is top notch.

Great innovative product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the box arrived, it was heavier than i expected. Once opened i understood why. The speakers and sound is amazing which totally blew me away. It is not a sound bar but it really close and i highly recommend it. The price is a little cost prohibitive but it is a really nice addition for a home/office/den or bedroom

Wifi blocked when mount on wall
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these. To get stereo imaging. They are okay sounding but to match my The Frame in the dining room I decided to use more "Frames". they work for the most part, however! I am not sure where their Wifi chip is located but I am pretty sure it's close to the center of the frame somewhere... BECAUSE when mounting on frame on to a stud, the Wifi is unusable. GREAT DESIGN SAMSUNG! NOT! My other Music frame when measured out equally for eye appealing appearance didn't hit a stud..... so that one works perfect! So I know it's the wifi chip location. Who ever designed this should be fired.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The frame Speaker is an interesting concept. First the Good points: Does not look at all like a speaker. Has ability to add personal photos to the frame Not very large. Maybe 16x16 inches. Full sound which can be tweaked for personal preference. Pairs well with The Frame TV Things to consider: Comes with a stand. If not wall mounted you must think about where to put it. Very heavy. Must find a stud or use a toggle bolt to hang. Picture size within the frame area is not a standard size

Decent sound quality, poor compatibility.
We recently moved our 2022 Frame TV to our bedroom and upgraded our living room setup with the new Frame TV Pro. To round it out, we added the Music Frame, hoping it would boost the overall volume and sound quality. As a standalone speaker, the Music Frame is fine. decent enough for casual music listening. That’s the only reason I’m giving this two stars instead of one. The real disappointment is its compatibility with the TV. In Q-Symphony mode, the volume balance is completely off — the TV speakers easily overpower the Music Frame, with what feels like a 10:1 ratio in sound output. You can barely tell the Music Frame is even playing. For the amount spent on both products, I expected far better integration and sound balance. Ideally, I’d return the Music Frame and put that money toward a proper soundbar instead. The fact it’s advertised so heavily as a surround sound option is in my opinion very misleading.

On your Samsung TV go to all settings and select → Sound Output → Q--Symphony, from here you select how your Music Frames are positioned and play the optimized sound according to their position. You can skip the login and still play music through Bluetooth or Wi-Fi using your Google account or other apps. However, some smart features—like SmartThings control, automatic firmware updates, or Alexa/Spotify integration—require a Samsung Account. So it’s not mandatory, but recommended if you want full access to all features. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you.
