Amazing Results
Incredible! We have 25 year old carpet, and I think we may be able to keep it a little longer! This works better than any carpet cleaner I’ve tried. The dirty water tank is small, so you just need to empty it frequently. At least this actually pulls the water back up better than other machines!

Much better than other comparable carpet cleaners
I have 5 pets so a good carpet cleaner that can handle hair is a must. This is the first Shark I have owned as I have gone through 3 other brand carpet cleaners over the last 15+ years. Pros Picks up hair great in the internal dirty water container. Other brands have left clumps n the carpet that I had to pick up Has better suction so it leaves carpets dryer and it takes less time to dry. Has a nice long attachment hose for spot or furniture cleaning. Machine is easy to clean after use. Cons Water tank could be bigger When the water/solution runs out the machine shuts down so you can't even run it in dry only mode. It auto dispense solution when you push forward but it would be nice to have some sort of control of how much it dispense

should I wear waders ?
would never buy another one if still same quality. I find it difficult to believe this made it out of production with the incredible spitting oit of fluids from the dirty tank before it gets 1/3rd full if there is some foam. its incredible when suddenly I see squirting dirty water 3 feet out of the right side vent area. ridiculous!!

Don't buy - CRAP
The tanks are very small, doesn’t suck water up well, high pitch sound, doesn’t clean well. Too much soap dispensed and had to go over a second time with clear water to remove soap. I’m very disappointed in Shark for making such a crappy product!

Not working
I buy this twice The first stop working and they replace my vacuum for a new one So the second one arrived and I was cleaning my couches and when I plug it again the same day o was using it it stop working again.!!!! I read all the instructions and I’m not doing nothing wrong so at this point I’m really stressed about it

Holy grail carpet cleaner!
We bought this vacuum a couple of months ago and after using it a handful of times I can write a review on it! Hands down this is the best carpet cleaner we have ever owned. It has made our living room rug look new and our bedroom carpet brand new when we built our custom home. The only con is having to dump out the water very often because of how small the tank is but other than that 10/10 carpet cleaner. You will get a bang for your buck! If you have kids or pets that leave a mess, this works magic!

I really don’t recommend this carpet cleaner. The tank is so tiny. I had to empty it out about 30 times for a very small space. I also had to fill the water tank many times. It’s pretty messy. It’s easy to rinse out but drips all over your floor. I do like that it has a suck up water mode only, which is pretty cool so that your carpet dries faster. The machine shuts off when the tank is half way and it also shuts off when the tank with soap is empty. It takes a while before you can turn it back on. You have to push the button a few times before it figures out. The soap tank is full and the water tank is empty.

Lifesaver
I’ve had this carpet cleaner for just about a year now, and it has truly been a lifesaver. Between a dog with frequent stomach issues and a 17-year-old cat who isn’t exactly cooperative, I deal with more messes than I’d like. This is my first carpet cleaner, so I don’t have much to compare it to, but I have borrowed others in the past that were far too bulky or complicated to use regularly. This machine, however, is incredibly user-friendly—lightweight, easy to maneuver, simple to take apart, clean, and reassemble. It makes tackling pet messes so much faster and less stressful. I primarily use the stain-striker feature, but I’ve also tried the full vacuum mode and it works very well. I’ve removed stains I thought were permanent and eliminated cat urine odors that no online “miracle remedy” could touch. For ease of use and effectiveness, this has honestly been one of my favorite purchases ever, and I would buy it again in a heartbeat. My only complaint is that I wish the suction were a little stronger. It also struggles with tougher jobs—like my beige ottoman that my dog has claimed—but for everyday stains and odors, it’s fantastic. Overall, if you have pets and want something that’s easy to use, this is absolutely worth it.

I LOVE my Shark
I have 3 Great Danes. One is elderly and leaks when she sleeps, and another has birth defects the leave her with limited bowel and bladder control. Needless to say, I have to clean my carpets A LOT. I have used other less expensive carpet cleaners. They all required more time and labor with barely satisfactory results. I decided to spend exta on a Shark carpet cleaner. I am glad I did. Not only has my Shark removed the stains left by other brands, but it is easier to use and MUCH easier to clean than any other carpet cleaner that I have used. It has also cut my carpet shampooing time by more than half.

Didn’t work as well as expected
Bought this a few weeks ago and doesn’t work as well as I thought. When using, it left streaks and clean spots in certain areas. Seemed that when dispersing the cleaning liquid and water was uneven. Pretty disappointing as I own multiple shark products and are happy with them except for this carpet cleaner. Not to mention the amount of money I spent on this. carpet cleaner

Terrible. DO NOT BUY!
I just bought this yesterday and tried it today. Brand new out of the box and every 90 seconds it turns off saying DWT (dirty water tank) full. Except it’s not. Apparently, even though this is designed for use by those with pets, if a dime size piece of fur covers the tiny 1”x2” foam filter it shuts off. I’ve stopped and cleaned the filter 3x now and so far have a 3ft section cleaned.

I love this!!! Totally worth the price especially to have the stand which collects any drainage. This dude cleans fantastically and dries so much faster than any other one I’ve used. It picks up hair and puts it in its own bin as advertised- no clumps!! Yall, no clumps!! It doesn’t even take long to use unlike a lot of others. Only downside is the smaller tank- I have a large carpeted area but whatever that doesn’t a big deal. I could easily clean my carpets weekly now without the aggravation and long dry times and cleaning up wet clumps etc. I love this thing! **not a paid promotion. I bought it because I have a special needs puppy who sometimes has accidents, and my old one died- like leaked all over my floors died. And regarding the hair- I have a Bernese, they shed everywhere. This definitely picks up embedded hair and my carpets look amazing again.

Worth every penny
The scrubber is amazing. On the first use, it got stains out of a couch and carpet that the green competitor has not been able to get out. I had tried all the heavy duty, cleaners, and scrubbed many times. This machine got it out on the first pass with the included cleaning solution worth every penny. The hair separator works amazing. Even my Dyson can’t get all the hair up before scrubbing (thank you corgi & border collie) I had to stop and empty the hair catcher three times. Would recommend 100%
