I bought this about 2 days ago, and I can honestly say that this one does not impress me… not even a little… I stand by my sharks, I love them, my boyfriend and I battle over who’s is better, he’s a Dyson fan, but this vacuum leaves me very upset. Would I buy again or recommend to my friend or family? No, I wouldn’t. What is upsetting about this is the fact the thin attachment ut comes with is just to short for such a bulky hand vacuum to even get in any cracks or in between anything, the battery life is only 10 minutes, if you’re lucky, and that’s if you charge it for the full 4 hours it takes to be completely charged. The pet spin brush is okay, although even that is to “direct” and has to be angled just right to actually work good. I’m very frustrated with the fact that this vacuum left me needing to use something else to get the job done, especially for the price that it costs…

Got this hoping it would help with my carpeted stairs. Suction is lacking, battery life is pretty terrible. It works, but it doesn't work well. Can't say I'm really happy with the purchase. I wanted a lightweight option and this just ended up being too wimpy. I was drawn to it initially because of the powered brush head, but that was kind of a useless novelty. I would also say that it worked decent out of the gate, but maybe 3-4 sessions in, it started to wimp out. I could probably recover some suction by cleaning all the filters, but a vacuum can't be judged on clean filter performance. It has to perform every day. This format

We purchased this because we have a new puppy who has course hair. We thought the brush option the best idea. While this works well on stairs, it's not as good at getting the hair off our bedspread. Now, this may be we need to pull cover tighter but we expected it to grab more hair and be simpler to clean it up.

I LOVED this vacuum when it was working. It was the most powerful handheld vacuum I’ve ever had and was so versatile. Unfortunately, after only 3 months of typical use it won’t charge anymore. The battery died and when I plugged it in it no longer would charge. I’ve tried various outlets and even purchased a replacement charging cable and nothing is working. So disappointed.

I'm obsessed with this vacuum. I've broken several vacuum belts (standard, old school upright, corded style) in the past with my long, thick hair. Not with this compact, light weight wonder! The way those little yellow balls roll hair into neat and tidy "tumbleweeds" that eject right out with its easy to empty dust cup is awesome! And powerful enough to suck up the kitty litter too, lol.

I usually love shark but this vacuum is terrible. Suction is sub par and for something that advertises itself as a product that is made for pet hair it cannot keep up. Battery life is miserable.

Battery isn’t worth the purchase alone. Doesn’t last very long. The included pet tool doesn’t pick up very much hair in my vehicle which was a big part of why I purchased. I’m convinced that cordless vacuum are just not worth the money. They notoriously have terrible battery life and due to being cordless, cannot obtain proper suctioning. Wouldn’t recommend or repurchase.

The clip that holds the dust cup on seems to be weak. It doesnt fit well enough to hold the cup cup in place while changing attachments. The clip that actually opens the cup up to empty is just the opposite. Battery life isnt all that great either. Suction seems to be adequate though. I just wish it was a little more well put together. I'm sorry Shark. but I think this is going to go back to the store for refund.

Unless you absolutely love going over the same exact spot 10x, 0/10 recommend. Coming from a two 95lb dog and a cat household..don’t waste your time. Bought this for a quick daily use for the couch and beds, but literally does not pick up anything. Unless you hold it at a specific angle and go over the same spot over and over and over and over again. My regalia shark vaccum with the option to make it a handheld is much much better. Just thought I’d like to have a smaller everyday vaccum but nevermind.
