I bought this hand soap because it eliminates almost 100 bacteria and we have to stay diligent with all the germs around. The scent is light not overpowering and makes my hands feel soft. I do recommend this hand soap

Why are you still making this? There are reviews 3-4 years old describing how it doesn't lather and turns cloudy when used to refill pumps with other soft soap products. My husband does the grocery shopping and brought this home because I put "liquid soap refill" on the list. I was a little surprised by the scent but topped off all the soap dispensers on my cleaning day. Bad idea! The viscosity of the soap has changed too. Every pump of any dispenser sends it flying onto the counter, walls, mirror, everything! Now this refill is only used in the kitchen sink pump to minimize the mess. I can get over the lack of lather, but thinning out the soap so it makes a mess when used? Kinda counterproductive. People continue to buy because they trust your brand name. Shame on you!

Bought Tea & Berry this a month ago and am not satisfied. It is separating out and dispensing as a milky/watery liquid.

Shaft Soap is my favorite bathroom hand wash this new scent white tea and berry smells great. Kills 99 percent of bacteria while leaving my hands feeling clean and moisturized.

Always buy this, but this time, when I put it in my dispensers, it comes out like water — not thick like in my refill bottle. Why is it doing that

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great hand soap! It washes away dirt and germs. It's antibacterial. The liquid form means no goopy solid soap mess or residues. And last but not least, the scent is downright berry delicious! I would definitely recommend!

This is the soap I use for home and work, it always smells amazing and leaves my hands soft, and clean. I’ll forever grab this when needing to stock up.

I've been a customer since this brand brought out their hand washing product. They have ruined it. The quality is poor. It is very watery and doesn't lather. I bought the 50 ounce refill, which I always do, except this is a new scent. I thought it was the regular scent. I don't mind the scent, but it is pretty much useless as a hand soap. It's so thin and watery that when I pump it into my hand, it runs right off and down the drain. Boo. You've lost a customer. I'd rather you'd raised the price and kept the quality.

My husband bought this as all the other scents were sold out. I was happy as long as it was Softsoap. Boy was I wrong!! This does not lather at all!!! I wouldn’t care as much if it at least cleaned my hands … but I’m incredibly disappointed!!

I bought this to boost my energy when I am in the kitchen cooking, cleaning etc. The aroma is warm, subtle, refreshing and very realistic. I love how it is an antibacterial that kills 99.9% so I know I am doing a great job washing up and using it.

I bought the coconut & hibiscus refill last year and loved the scent and lather. Thought I'd try the white tea & berry and I'm so disappointed. It smells good, but it is SO WATERY! I thought maybe I just got a bad batch, I saw a lot of people online saying the same thing. I'm scared to buy another Softsoap product.

I love the smell of the hand soap. Not only does it have a good smell that last awhile, it also helps make your hands softer.

I love that this soap is antibacterial. The soap makes your hands really soft it doesn’t dry them out. The soap has an amazing scent. I think it they should sell bigger bottles because it runs out pretty fast.
