Lifechanging

I'm 82 and these have been life changing - muscles in legs are stronger, more energy generally, don't need after lunch nap. I am hypothyroid and on thyroxin, think these help convert the T3 to T4.

Best Amino-Complex I've encountered!

I'm very pleased Solgar resumed the production of this amazing Amino-Complex. I've tried many different brands, but this is, in my humble opinion, by far the most effective one. Due to the diuretics I have to take, I tend to cramp all over the body, especially when I have a lot of physical activity and or stress. It causes the magnesium and potassium supplements to be better absorbed.

Excellent for Plant-Based Eaters!

Been using Essential Amino Complex for several years, since going vegetarian, and have to say that I am positive that it helps keep me stronger and healthier than I have ever been! (I am really concerned that it has not been available to buy for a couple of months now. Hope it's not a permanent situation!)
