Trash Ear Buds
Trash ear buds. Terrible customer service from Sony to boot. Their authorized repair counterpart encompass are no help as well.

The worst ANC on a pair of earbuds
These are cute in design yet they lack noise cancellation. There’s an option for it, yet I feel like a $50 set of earbuds would do better than these offer to do. Charging case is also flimsy and the top of the case was very fragile. Returned and looked at other brands.

Great sounding earbuds
This 5 stars is based solely on the sound. Out of the box, they're a bit flat, but switch to the excited preset EQ and they come to life. The bass is punchy and you feel the rumble of the real low bass. You can hear and feel the 3 low bass lines in Outkast's "The Way You Move". The highs and mids are pulled forward so they don't get drowned out by the bass making great for all genres. The wingtips also keep them secure, did a 3 mile jog on the treadmill and didn't have to adjust them once. The downside, the controls and the app. The wide area tap works best if you tap your sideburn area. But sometimes it takes a few tries to get the earbuds to respond to the taps. Tapping the earbuds themselves requires too hard of a tap making it annoying. The app, I wish the app was a little easier to navigate and that they allowed more customization for the controls. Ambient mode works very well. ANC, not the best, but would say it's good. Mics work well for calls, too, even in noisy environments. Overall, I'd recommend them.
