Disapointment
I was so excited for these, but they’re such a disappointment. The threads don’t line up well at all. Almost lost an entire bottle of milk because the bottle fell off the pump

Need More Options
So despite the name, this allows smaller neck bottles to connect to your Spectra like the tall and thin Dr. Brown's Bottles. I wish that we had an option for bottles that are larger than the Spectra bottles, such as Nuk bottles. It would be great. It is nice to connect mt Brown's bottles though.

You can use these to pump into dr browns bottles OR attach to your Crete’s chill to pump into the inner chamber and bottle piece with your spectra flanges (wide neck)

Well worth it
I didn’t want to use storage bags as from many reviewers stated that they leak after being defrosted. So I am so glad found this connector to use with the medela bottles. As many reviewers stated the threading is a little challenging but it will fit, just a wiggling back in forth for a sec. But it’s still well worth it, and recommended.

One didnt work
I bought two of these and one worked great and the other one wasn’t threaded properly and wouldn’t screw onto the bottles. Target sent me a replacement and the replacement works great. Three stars due to them being inconsistent, if you get one that works it is perfect.

These do not screw into the small neck bottles well. I lost quite a bit of milk because the bottles came off. Do not buy!

Works great with Lansinoh breastmilk storage bag adapter
I purchased the Lansinoh breastmilk storage bag pump adapter to pump directly into my storage bags and the adapters were far too small for the Spectra s2. Came across these in store and purchased it to see if it would fit that adapter and it works great! Finally able to cut out the bottle step and pump directly into storage bags for later!

Don't waste your money
Items screws fine into the flange part, but the other side doesn’t allow the smaller neck bottle to screw in well. It takes me multiple attempt to get the bottle attach. So unless you want to loose breast milk avoid this product. My smaller bottle came out in the middle of pumping and I lost 4 ounces of milk. I won’t be using these again and don’t recommend them. I don’t recommend this product and at this point I wish I didn’t get the spectra pump because of lack of availability of parts for it. I need larger 8oz bottle for my middle of the night pump and bought these threads to use my bigger storage bottles, but thanks to the awful design of the spectra flange they make it impossible to use other bottles.

Game Changer
Absolute game changer. My little likes Dr. Brown's bottles, and I was playing the shuffle game between the Spectra bottles and the Dr. Brown's. No more. I just pump directly into her bottles when I need to now. Super easy, works well, no leaks, easy to clean, too. I'm so happy I got this.

No threads for smaller bottle
This product screws into the larger bottle/pump accessory side but does not screw into the smaller side meaning that if you're using these to pump you need to manually make sure that the bottle is pushed up inside the adapter and doesn't fall out/spill your preciously pumped milk all over. Adding the ability to screw into the smaller bottle would be a significant product improvement. I plan to look for a better solution than this
