No cartridge. Yes it says it on the box in tiny letters so this review is to highlight that fact.

Great game runs great on switch but buying a case with a peace of paper and a code on it is not a way to sell a physical and if anyone thinks it is u need to get checked fyi there isn’t even a little art book or a sticker pack just the one peace of paper

DIGITAL CODE - Waste of money if you only want a cartidge
Game itself- awesome. I wouldn’t have purchased this version though had I understood that it was a digital game code. It states in small words on the image of the cartridge box, which doesn’t come with a cartridge. We have four switches at our home and we prefer the cartridges for this reason. Would have purchased for a different system if we had realized. It should be listed in the title because once you open the box you cannot take it back. This was deceptive.

People Cant Read
Price is reasonable for a Switch 2 Game, the coop is very on point. The style and mechanics make this a must play for any couch coop players out there. P.S it’s Amazing how many customers who’ve left reviews are so blind/stupid they couldn’t even read the front of the box…where it clearly says “game card not included” right below “FULL GAME DOWNLOAD” you have no one to blame but yourselves…just review bombing because of your own ignorance

Just a game code, DECEPTIVE, WORTHLESS.
It's just a game code in a box. I know a lot of people might not care about that, but you cannot trade it or resell it if you don't like the game or finish it and don't think you'll ever play it again. It will also disappear once Nintendo's shop goes down (because they shut down all console shops eventually) or EA decides to no longer allow downloads. It's just an expensive long term rental.

Fun game!
Yes there is no physical game card, you buy the packaging for just a slip with a download code on it and that’s kind of ridiculous, and a waste of packaging. Buutttt, I just want to add that the game itself is a lot of fun to play, with all kinds of different adventures. Really enjoying it and glad I purchased it, even without the physical game included

This is a scam
Bought this at Target thinking it was a physical game. Opened the box: just a piece of paper with a download code. No cartridge, no disc, nothing to lend or share. Total scam. I buy physical games to share with friends and family or resell later not get tricked into a one-time download. On top of that, it’s a waste of packaging and totally unsustainable. We also lost hours downloading and installing, which we didn’t expect. If I wanted a digital game, I would’ve bought one for less. Target and the publisher should be ashamed.

A waste of plastic for just a code
Really upset that this whole cartridge box was made up just for a game code, no physical game or anything else worthwhile. What a waste of materials. Haven't played the game yet, but I won't be changing my review regardless.
