Spode Christmas Tree Santa Figural Bottle Stopper

Got this as a gift for my mom for chirstmas. It is exactly as expected. I want to comment on the item, but I have to warn any buyers when buying online that when it comes to their ability to package fragile items to ship, they fall short. The box I recieved (with this item and I believe 6 other spode items) the box itself had wrips and holes all over it, like they were reusing a damaged box. It was covered in tape all over and not a single fragile sticker located anywhere on the box that is full of fragile items. When I opened the box there was this shredded up cardbaord stuff that made a mess all over the merchandise and I had to dust off each item when pulling them out. I had to check to make sure they were not broken due to the condition the box was in. All but 1 were fine. The biggest and most expensive item, of course, was broken. It was the only item that had styrefoam in it too and it still broke. Please do better when shipping out fragile items. This brand is not cheap and the pacakging was so not appropriate or ok. I live in NJ and the box said it shipped from a warehouse in brooklyn, so it wasnt even that far of a travel and still broke. DO BETTER!

This Santa stopper makes a wonderful accompaniment to a favorite wine as a gift.
