They are actually cool touch! In the middle of the night, I just opened my pillowcase and the pillow cooled right back down again! Highly recommend for hot sleepers. They are not as firm as I was expecting, but at this price point, you will be able to replace them at your convenience!

It's okay, but not great. This says firm, but to me it's soft. It also flattens out when you lay on it. I'll be returning this and looking for a different pillow. But, pillows are very subjective, so this may well be more comfortable to others than it is to me.

Bought this pillow a few weeks ago, loved it. Very firm, cool and held its shape. Bought two more that were delivered July 22, 2025 and they are so flat and soft; and actually made my neck hurt. I can't squeeze my older ones, but these new ones fold like a cheap tent. I can't find anything online that confirms the change but its definitely different. The ones I just bought are listed Q3/24 while the older ones were Q4/24 if that helps. If they go back to the origicanl product that was available just a few weeks ago then its a great pillow but this new one they have now, rubbish.

Finally a pillow that is ACTUALLY firm like they advertise. Its initially too big but it does flatten just enough to be perfect after a week or so. I purchased the king size....soft but firm and has some weight to it.

I purchased 2 of these while they were on sale during the week of Circle deals. I've been using them for over a week now and have been very happy with them so far! They are fairly firm and have kept their shape. I haven't experienced any "lumpiness" as other users have commented on.

We purchased the same item (verified using the bar code and item number) in June 2024. This is NOT the same pillow. Our recent purchase is squishy, soft, and flat. It is NOT anywhere near firm. The filling also moves, like the pillow was not stuffed properly and there isn't enough stuffing inside. DO NOT BUY.
