A great addition to the kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was tired of using disposable Ziplocs and managed to find these. Got them on sale and they are so useful! I normally wash things by hand but the fact that they can be thrown in the dishwasher is a plus! Makes my life easier. Will shop here again

Stashed bags

Just received. Maybe with use will like more.

Hard to securely close. Ran thru dishwasher, had to wait more than a day for them to dry.. Had to prop them open in drainer. Used a paper towel finally. They are heavy duty which is both good and bad.

Stasher bowls

The bowls are challenging to open (stiff) and fill. For liquids I found a canning funnel works well for keeping them open. I like how they stand up. They work better in the microwave than another brand I purchased. Definitely easy to clean.

Nice variety

I tried the larger, longer bag to do a soux vie cooking for some chicken breasts. It worked great! I used a small one to container one cup of almonds to put in my freezer for when I need it next. The other varieties will work well to!

Secure and sustainable, but difficult to use

I really wanted to love these, and I do like them for secure food storage, even liquids. But I tried both the small and medium bowl for a yogurt and granola breakfast and a big salad lunch, and they are just too difficult to eat from because even the bowls are pretty flat at the top. I imagine their best use is fridge food storage, and I will use them as such, and in freezer. But not good replacements for plastic/unsustainable lunch transport, or meals on the go, as I end up having to transfer to a bowl or plate at work...so kind of defeats the purpose I had in mind.

Perfect Starter Set

The starter kit 7 pack is the perfect starter set. It allowed me to see what size bags I would be using most often. Turns out I’m using all of them and will be ordering more in the future. My main purpose for purchase is for proper/safe food storage in my refrigerator/freezer. Highly recommend.
