Sudafed PE Head Congestion + Flu Severe Tablets relieve cold and flu symptoms, including sinus pressure, headache, sore throat, cough, and chest congestion. Each non-drowsy decongestant caplet contains 325 mg of acetaminophen, a pain reliever and fever reducer; 5 mg of phenylephrine HCl, a nasal decongestant; 100 mg of guaifenesin, an expectorant; and 10 mg of dextromethorphan HBr, a cough suppressant. These tablets can be used by adults and children 12 years and over for temporary, non-drowsy relief from coughing, nasal congestion, sore throat, sinus pressure, headache, and minor aches and pains--plus help loosening phlegm (mucus) and thinning bronchial secretions to drain bronchial tubes and make coughs more productive. Worse experience after standing in line and having two customer service representatives put individuals from self check out in front of me. I made the last rep aware that the individuals in line are too needing assistance at order pick up. Instead of doing the correct thing and addressing the poor service being rendered she screamed at me as though I was at fault for asking to be serviced. The truth. I should already not be shopping at target because of the things this brand supports and as a black educated woman. This seals the deal that I will not return. GOD'S SENT!
Works like magic!! It helped me with my covid symptoms very fast. I say to use two of the tablets twice a day every 6 hours after a meal! Don’t listen to the negative reviews.. this is the only medication that actually works with any of my horrible sickness including my sinusitis problem earlier this year. This is god’s sent!

Phenylephrine does not work says FDA
It’s not Sudafed (pseudoephedrine). It’s not even the same drug but the boxes look identical except for the little PE. FDA even admitted that Phenylephrine doesn’t even work. I’m not sure why they still sell it. This is poor advertising, selling a drug under the guise of another.
