Not the quality I expected
Had my last Cuisinart toaster for 10 years. Replaced it with the same model, but the quality has dropped. Lightweight, uneven toasting, and the levers feel cheap. Very disappointed.

Great for the kitchen counter

Stopped working fast
Broke after a few uses. First, it wouldn't pop up, then it jammed completely. Bought it for the Cuisinart name, but this is not quality.

Low quality product
Had the same model for 10 years, and it was great. Bought another, and it's awful. Doesn't toast evenly,one side barely toasts, and the other burns. Too late to return. Wouldn't recommend.

Toasts perfectly every time
Toasts well, but the dial moves too easily. Bump it slightly, and your toast will be too light or burnt. Also, the slots are too narrow for thicker bread.

Love the knobs
Toasted fine for four years, but the dial is too loose and easy to bump. Burnt too much toast because of it. Wouldn't buy again.
