Summer by Ingenuity The Doorway 48W Series Baby and Dog Gate – White

This is the second gate I purchased because the first one felt a piece of plastic that would crumble in 2 days. This particular one is SO sturdy, heavy duty and very appealing! Not to mention the easiest to put together! I actually bought for my lab puppy so animal home approved. Thank you target for such quick shipping!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it. I don’t have stairs but I do use it so my toddler and my six month old stays out of the kitchen while I’m cooking. It’s not complicated to set up and it’s heavy duty. I just love it. It helps.

They do NOT sell the connector pins so if you lose one during moving, you need to buy a new GATE. That is tough on a family with little ones.

This gate was easy to set up and fit our daughter’s room entry (french doors). Appears to be sturdy and the door is baby proof!

We have it in a doorway blocking off part of the house and it keeps my twin toddlers out, making it so much easier to manage keeping them out of that side of the house! It’s a very easy installation, sleek design, and is sturdy enough to keep babies and dogs out!

It’s well built and gets the job done quickly and easily. Easy to use in a pinch. I liked it for separating the dog from our toddler when the baby was still wobbly and unsure on their feet. Now it will be used to help prevent our crazy puppy from running out the door. Love it.

The design is sleek and the bright white color works well with the design of most modern homes. It was incredibly easy to assemble without any assistance and comes with all the tools and hardware along with easy to follow directions to put it together. I love that I now have a safe and secure barrier to keep my toddler from accessing the stairs. I also love that this has a nice swing door for easy access for adults and older children to use.

Not only does it keep my little one and our dog safely contained, but it also looks great doing it. The gate's versatility is a huge plus—it fits perfectly in our hallway, and I love that it can be used at the top of stairs with the included hardware kit. We installed it using the no-drill pressure mount system, which was super easy and didn’t leave any marks on our walls (a big relief!). The different extension options allowed us to customize it to fit our space perfectly. The Hold-Open and Auto-Close features are lifesavers, especially when I’m carrying my baby or juggling things around the house. It’s so convenient that the door stays open when swung past 90 degrees but closes automatically when you don’t need it open all the way. The 19” wide door makes it easy to move through, and the one-handed latch is a breeze for adults but secure enough to keep little ones and pets contained. It’s really easy to open in the middle and it has a really nice look. It’s made very well and I highly recommend it!

I can keep the kids out of a certain area and also for my puppy if i choose. Easy to install and gate opens and closes smoothly.

The arch is a nice touch and adds a little design that other's don't have. Assembly was super easy and fast. Not too difficult to open so that adults can still figure it out.

I did spray paint it to give it a little extra jazzy look. Kids could not unlock it so that was a plus as well. Great quality and I highly recommend.
