I bought this thinking it was a much more budget friendly alternative to another very expensive and aesthetically pleasing brand trending out there at the moment. The size, functions, and look all met what I was looking for in an air fryer for a 1 person household. The steam fry function was a huge plus. Everything was working great until one side of the door decided to fall apart. I’m not exactly sure what happened except a little rubber piece came off and I can’t seem to attach it back or fix the door. Now it’s completely unusable unless I want to put something in front of the door to keep it shut. I’m super disappointed as I bought this thing in February and it only lasted about four months. Time to go to a different and hopefully more durable brand.

I like the functionality of this oven. However, it starts to generate loud noise (from the fan) after about 4 months. It is so loud that people start to feel uncomfortable.

We had an old Flip-It Ninja, and it was always too big. And I was so happy when it finally wore out. This new Sur La Table is much smaller. Much better for our counter space. Absolutely great for making toast. I love the outside look of it on our counter. I love the way you need to operate the functions. I don't like that the basket it really hard to push into the shelf that it fits in. The other thing I don't like about it is that it is pretty flimsy. Or a super sturdy air-fryer, but it doesn't need to be.
