perfect iron!
to those leaving negative reviews… it clearly states on the packaging that each iron is tested prior to departing the factory, hence the condensation remaining in the tank. for those of you thinking the items are used, please note this disclaimer. iron is amazing and we are so, so pleased!

Iron has been used with water still in the resevoir
I was surprised when I opened up the box, to see that water was in the resevoir and had been used. If this is a constant issue with this iron, I am surprised that quality control is not catching that a product has been used with water still remaining in the iron.

Received used iron
Received used item and it was obvious because you can see water spots inside the water compartment. I also noticed on the package receipt that this iron was delivered from a return center. I think that should clearly be stated in the description that way customers don’t waste their time and money purchasing an iron believed to be new only to receive a used one.

I love the large water tank and the amount of steam it produces, cuts my ironing time in half. The iron doesn’t leak and has various heating settings to accommodate different fabrics. You have the option to iron vertical or horizontal. The auto shut off feature is also a plus. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

What I like about this one is how substantial of a surface it can get in one pass. It’s heavy but nothing too crazy. Very well made and it works like a dream.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to use this more like a steamer. But I feel it works best as a steam iron and using it on an ironing board. The water tank is kind of small and you use the water fast if steaming your clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t tell you how much I love this express stream iron it’s been while since I’ve had one since I don’t use it as often but so once I got this one it’s been a great help for me after doing laundry and I stream my shirts for work and some jeans/pants! Wow 😮I can’t believe how good my shirts & pants look after using this one!! I am so pleased with it! It can get a bit hot so be aware of them especially when steaming some items - it holds a lot of water as well! I love how this glides over your pants and it’s an effortless grip as well! Can’t recommend it enough!

Good steam iron
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To test the steam iron, I used new, well-wrinkled pants. I used the iron horizontally with steam and it did a very good job removing the wrinkles from the pants and ironed very well. When used vertically with pants hanging, in steam mode it leaks hot water. Maybe it came with a defect, but it did leak water. I think it is good and very powerful. The steam mode is very powerful with a lot of steam and leaves clothes wrinkle free. I will continue using it to see how it continues to work. I’m sharing before and after pictures from my pants . The end result is very good .
