Nightly workhorse
The 10-inch comes out nearly every night. Sauteed vegetables, seared salmon, whatever I throw at it, and it's rinsed clean in under a minute.

Worth the splurge
After years of cycling through cheap nonstick every eighteen months, I finally spent real money on cookware. Better results at the stove and less time at the sink made that feel like money well spent.

Weeknight lifesaver
Weeknights are chaotic at my house, so I need pans I can trust without hovering over them. These get hot quickly and hold an even temperature, which means I'm watching the food instead of babysitting the burner.

Love Them
Bought the wok about a year ago and loved it, so the set was an easy decision. It's wonderful: tough, simple to clean, a pleasure to cook on. The packaging deserves a mention too, because whoever boxed this wins at Tetris. Get it.

Barely any oil
Barely any oil needed, which was the whole reason I bought them. Vegetables and chicken let go with a light shake of the pan instead of a spatula fight.

Feels well made
You can feel where the money went the second you pick one up. Thick aluminum body, and the base doesn't flex or pop under high heat the way my last set did. Made in Korea, and the detail work shows it, with rivets sitting flush and smooth instead of proud and scratchy. Eighteen months of regular cooking and the coating still looks close to new.

Made my other pans worthless
As a professional cook I own plenty of pans, woks and the rest. What I wanted was a nonstick 12 inch with a lid, free of the Teflon-type coatings and the toxic business, so I took a chance on this ceramic one. What I didn't expect was for the coating to beat every nonstick I've used, both for release and for cleaning. The aluminum core comes up to heat fast and the pan gets hot enough to brown food without the scorching and sticking I get from stainless or cast iron. Far easier to clean as well: soap and water, and a microfiber towel is best for drying. I went on to buy the wok, and now I'm buying the set so I have the smaller skillets and the pots with lids. Genuinely impressed.

Only lasted 4 months!
Terrible pans, genuinely. I believed the high-quality claims and expected them to last, but it's a lie. The frying pan managed four months and now it can't fry or cook anything without burning it. My advice is to avoid these. Put another fifty dollars toward something better, or just buy fifty dollar pans and skip this brand entirely.

Value
Priced against ceramic sets that cost twice as much, this one holds its own for the kind of cooking I actually do. Six pieces for the money makes it tough to argue with.

Avoid this cookware, anything and everything sticks
Given to me as a gift, and they were fine for a couple of months. Now everything sticks to them, without exception. They also seem to have just two settings: painfully slow cooking, or instantly burnt.

Dutch oven star
Nothing else in the set gets as much use as the 5-quart dutch oven. Braises and soups come out of it beautifully, and next to the enameled cast iron it replaced, cleanup is barely a chore. I made a huge batch of chicken and vegetable stew last week with zero sticking on the bottom. The glass lid seats tightly and traps moisture through a long slow cook, and being able to see in without lifting it is a bonus. For anyone hesitating on the full set, the dutch oven alone would justify the price.

Two years strong
Two years in and the nonstick still behaves the way it did in month one. I hand wash everything and never let them soak, which probably helps. No complaints from me.

Safer for kids
Once the kids arrived, my old PTFE pans went straight to the curb. No PFOA or PTFE here, which is why I bought them, and the cooking happens to be good on top of that.

Not a quality product!
Picked up a set of TeChef cookware a few months back. They were so good and so easy to look after at first that I told several people to buy them too. Then, as time went on, they lost their release and became a pain to clean. All I was doing was light cooking, mostly sautéing or steaming vegetables, and I never go above low heat. Perhaps my particular set was faulty.

Stovetop to oven
Starting a dish on the stovetop and sliding it straight into a 450 degree oven has changed how I cook. The handles never get too hot to grab and the whole transition is seamless.

Doctor approved
Cutting back on added fat was doctor's orders, and these made that realistic instead of miserable. Food cooks all the way through and still comes off the surface with almost nothing in the pan.

Omelets
Omelets and scrambles come out without a single stuck bit and washing up takes about ten seconds. There's real weight to the pans too, though not so much that flipping becomes a chore.

Slicker than my last
Came over from another ceramic brand where the coating had gone tired and blotchy. So far this surface feels tougher and noticeably slicker than what I left behind.

No metallic taste
If I had to pick one standout, it's the dutch oven. A big pot of chicken and vegetable soup came out tasting clean, without the faint metallic edge my old stainless pot always left behind. The broth was bright and nothing caught on the bottom over an hour of simmering. Lentil soup, chili and a plain tomato sauce have all gone the same way since.

Survives the dishwasher
Mine go in the dishwasher most weeks and a year later the coating is still intact. Hand washing is what the instructions say, but it's reassuring to know the machine won't wreck them.
