Casper pillow quality has changed
I purchased the “same” pillow in 2023, loved it and finally needed to replace it. Ordered the same one and the quality is awful now. The outside is thin, feels cheap/ more “plastic” in texture and is loud! The fluff inside is way less than before. This pillow feels so cheap and thin, such a waste of money! It’s not the same pillow Casper made ~2 years ago. Unfortunately I opened it, tried to air it out, and slept on it, so I think I’m out of luck. Don’t waste your money!
