Q: Is the pillow washable and dryable in a washer and dryer?

A: Absolutely - we designed the Casper Pillow to be both machine washable and dryable! Just unzip the two layers, toss them into the wash with a little detergent, and run the wash cycle on gentle. Once complete, toss the two components and a dryer ball into the wash on delicate and you should be all set to snooze in no time!

I have struggled for years trying to find a pillow that I could sleep on comfortably. They were either too flat or too hard and full. I resorted to sleeping with a "horseshoe" pillow that I made myself. However, when I found the Casper pillow, the horseshoe pillow found the trash!

Q: Hello! We are finding this pillow to be a bit too "tall" for a comfortable sleep (head is at too much of an angle), can in the inner portion be removed to make the pillow smaller? or any other suggestions?

A: If you have the original pillow, use the inner pillow alone. I have found this works best for me.

We have found that some customers' heads initially slipped off the pillow because they were accustomed to sleeping at the edge of their previous pillow. Upon adjusting one's sleeping position on it so that one's whole head, neck, and the tops of the shoulders rest on the pillow, many felt much more comfortable. We recommend adjusting your position on the pillow!

My oldest grand son took his pillows to college with him and he says he has never slept better...very comfy. My son said these pillows are an upgrade to what he was used to. So, I bought an extra 2 pillows for my self just to have handy for guests or even just for myself. I myself have been sleeping on Casper pillows for more than 6 years now. Love my Casper pillows!!!!

I love these pillows. So comfortable at night and I get such a great night's sleep. My daughter was complaining that she was sleeping poorly and thought she should take sleeping medication; so I bought her two Casper pillows and it has turned her night around ! Best sleep ever she says. So if you are having problems sleeping, maybe you just need a new pillow. My original purchase was 4 years ago and the pillows are still just as comfortable as when I received them. I love that you can wash them too.
