It is not ‘high’ enough for my head/shoulder gap. My fault and. It yours. I just chose incorrectly. And I find the advertised ‘coolness’, though wonderful in the first several minutes, dissipates completely and becomes a hot stop under my face. That’s on you. Wish I would have chosen the pillow I bought for my wife. She likes that one.

I love this pillow! It’s my second one. It’s the perfect balance of fluff and support. I am mostly a side sleeper but will wake up lying on my back occasionally. The pillow is great for both sleeping positions in my opinion.
