I called Casper to ask if this original pillow had changed in the last couple of years. I had slept on my friend's pillow and really liked it. This pillow is nothing like her original pillow. And it arrived with stains on it. I couldn't believe it. I returned it.

This is my second Original pillow. The first lasted more than 8 years before it fell apart in the wash. This one is significantly more firm than the last, and while I am adapting to it, the change was noticeable.

I don’t know what changed, but this is not the “original” pillow. The fill is harder than the original and caused neck pain for me. I took out the inside pillow and am using that to sleep.
