Q: Is the pillow washable and dryable in a washer and dryer?

A: Absolutely - we designed the Casper Pillow to be both machine washable and dryable! Just unzip the two layers, toss them into the wash with a little detergent, and run the wash cycle on gentle. Once complete, toss the two components and a dryer ball into the wash on delicate and you should be all set to snooze in no time!

I have struggled for years trying to find a pillow that I could sleep on comfortably. They were either too flat or too hard and full. I resorted to sleeping with a "horseshoe" pillow that I made myself. However, when I found the Casper pillow, the horseshoe pillow found the trash!

Q: Hello! We are finding this pillow to be a bit too "tall" for a comfortable sleep (head is at too much of an angle), can in the inner portion be removed to make the pillow smaller? or any other suggestions?

A: If you have the original pillow, use the inner pillow alone. I have found this works best for me.

We have found that some customers' heads initially slipped off the pillow because they were accustomed to sleeping at the edge of their previous pillow. Upon adjusting one's sleeping position on it so that one's whole head, neck, and the tops of the shoulders rest on the pillow, many felt much more comfortable. We recommend adjusting your position on the pillow!

Sorry, but I loved the original pillows, and I still love my Casper mattress. But with the new pillows, you changed the recipe unfortunately. No bueno.

I'm sad they don't seem to have the same filing as the ones I bought in 2017 - the new ones hold their shape more, whereas the ones from 2017 seem to have more "give" in a way that makes me feel I can relax into them more. But the new ones are still fluffy which is part of what I was looking for.
