Do I need to fluff the pillow? Yes, it's best to fluff your pillow often (daily, if possible) to keep it looking and feeling fresh. Our pillow's fill is specifically designed so that it can be revived and returned to its original puffiness with just a quick fluff.
What's the best pillow for my sleep position? Casper's research shows nearly everyone shifts around during the night, so they designed a single pillow that could accommodate all sleep positions. Whether you like to sleep on your side, back, or stomach, you'll feel supported by the Casper pillow.
What is a gusset and why does the Casper pillow have one? A gusset is an extra piece of material that helps expand and give structure to a pillow. Since the filling has more space to move around, the pillow feels consistently comfortable throughout the night.
How do you care for your Casper pillow? Cleaning the Casper pillow is easy; start by unzipping the outer pillow and remove the inner pillow and zipping the outer pillow back up. Then place both parts in the washing machine, and use cold water and a mild liquid detergent on the gentle cycle. Tumble dry low.
What is the 120-Night Trial? We believe you should actually sleep on a product to decide if you like it. So we give you 120 nights to test out all Casper products in your own home. If you don't love it, we'll give you a full refund.

Q: Is the pillow washable and dryable in a washer and dryer?

A: Absolutely - we designed the Casper Pillow to be both machine washable and dryable! Just unzip the two layers, toss them into the wash with a little detergent, and run the wash cycle on gentle. Once complete, toss the two components and a dryer ball into the wash on delicate and you should be all set to snooze in no time!

A: I washed them just like they say and the inner one blew up with air in the washing machine and would not drain the water and spin. It ended up in the trash. Sad, because I loved the pillow!

A: I have had multiple cervical fusions and this is the ONLY pillow that gives me the right support on my neck. I have struggled for years trying to find a pillow that I could sleep on comfortably. They were either too flat or too hard and full. I resorted to sleeping with a "horseshoe" pillow that I made myself. However, when I found the Casper pillow, the horseshoe pillow found the trash!

Q: Hello! We are finding this pillow to be a bit too "tall" for a comfortable sleep (head is at too much of an angle), can in the inner portion be removed to make the pillow smaller? or any other suggestions?

A: Hi, Laurel. We are so sorry to hear that you are having issues with the loft of the pillow! We have found that some customers' heads initially slipped off the pillow because they were accustomed to sleeping at the edge of their previous pillow. Upon adjusting one's sleeping position on it so that one's whole head, neck, and the tops of the shoulders rest on the pillow, many felt much more comfortable. We recommend adjusting your position on the pillow!

This is our second Casper
This is our second Casper mattress. We find them to be a perfect balance of soft and firm. Now we have one in our bedroom and one in the guest room. The one in our bedroom we’ve had for ten years and it’s perfectly fine. The prices have gone down since then which is awesome!

I am 5'1 and this
I am 5'1 and this pillow is too thick for me. When I tried it in the store it was somehow not as fluffy but once I opened a new one at home, it's become too chunky and so I don't feel comfortable. it's a good quality pillow, just the dimensions don't seem to suit me. I am a bit disappointed that the in-store in at-home experience was so different.

My wife is a back
My wife is a back sleeper and it’s been a fine pillow for her. However, as a side sleeper, it doesn’t offer near enough support. I have to stack an older thin foam pillow on top of the Casper pillow to get it where my head doesn’t slump lower than my shoulder when I’m lying on my side. Five stars for overall quality minus one star for lack of versatility in multiple sleeping positions.
