When I first received my order and tried the relax on I thought okay not sure this is going to work. I wasn’t sold on them. Now I’m sold and can attest to the fact that they’ve been working for me. If you have any doubts just give try you’ll be as amazed as I was!

Sleepy for ADHDer
Made me very sleepy! It may be the lions mane. I’ve tried Avantera and that had similar ingredients and effects. I do have ADHD so a lot of the natural “focus” things still don’t help me as much. I have 2 patches left. I’ll try wearing both at the same time for a bit and see if that helps or just puts me to sleep. I wanted to really like this but maybe it’s just not for me. The b12 one worked great for me!
