Our Healing Ointment is a rich, anhydrous product similar in texture to our All Purpose Balm however it was designed specifically for baby's ultra-dry, sensitive skin and is free from essential oils and fragrance. While both products provide an occlusive barrier to lock in moisture and nourish the skin, our Healing Ointment contains the active ingredient Allantoin, which is an FDA-approved over-the-counter skin protectant to help prevent, temporarily protect, and relieve chafed, chapped, or cracked skin and lips + protect skin from the drying effects of wind and cold weather. Additionally, it contains a vegan alternative to lanolin to help draw moisture into the skin meaning maximum skin nourishment. We hope this helps!

Winter life saver
I am so thankful to receive this product complimentary of thehonestcompany. The ointment comes in a very large vessel, which is nice because you can really lather up without going through the product too fast. It’s super hydrating and really targets dry flaky skin. I have eczema that gets worse in the winter and it made my eczema so much better by the next morning. It’s super gentle. #gifted by thehonestcompany. I will buy this in the future!

Honest Healing Head-to-Toe Ointment has a thick but not sticky texture, and soothes the skin immediately upon application. It is odorless so it is very pleasant, suitable for sensitive skin. After about 10-15 minutes, the skin is noticeably softer and less sticky. I find it most effective when used on dry, cracked skin or around the lips, improving in just 1-2 days. gifted by The Honest Company I am so happy I found and try the Honest Healing Head-To-Toe Ointment! As a parent, I am always looking for gentle, effective products for my daughter, and this one is a winner. I use this ointment on my 3-year-old regularly, but it has been an absolute lifesaver for her lips. She has been struggling with chapped lips, especially when the weather is cold or windy, and it makes her so uncomfortable. I was tired of using products that didn't seem to help much, but this Honest ointment really made a difference! When I first used it, I noticed how smoothly it goes on. It's not sticky or messy, which is great because she doesn't mind me applying it. I put a small amount on her lips before she goes to sleep and a few times throughout the day, and I've seen a huge improvement. I feel good knowing that I am protecting her sensitive skin with a formula that uses gentle, vegan ingredients. The product heals dry, cracked skin, and I agree completely. I noticed a change in her chapped lips very quickly. They started to look and feel softer. Now, her lips look healthy and smooth again, and she hasn't complained about them feeling sore. This makes me so happy! I also use it on her little scrapes and dry patches on her knees or elbows, and it works great there, too, protecting the minor cuts and keeping the skin moisturized. If you have a little one with sensitive or dry skin—especially if she has chapped lips like my daughter—I highly recommend this! It's a must-have in my home.

’ve been using the Honest Healing Head-To-Toe Ointment on both my baby and myself, and I’m honestly impressed. It has a smooth texture that melts into the skin.
