The swival rotating ball arm snapped.

I bought 4 of these for stocking stuffers, including one for myself. Unfortunately, after using only 3 times, the swival arm holding the clip broke (snapped). No glue will be strong enough to fix this. The swival ball was all but impossible to move. I hope the people that got this from me had better luck. UGH!!

My phone keeps falling out of the holder. I have a plus size phone so I would not recommend.

I've been going through chemotherapy and experiencing bad neuropathy in my hands and feet, so turned over my van to her so she can use it between driving me to all my doctor and infusion appts. She recently changed to a smartphone and would place it on the console between the front seats, but it would slide around and sometimes fall onto the floor. I saw this on clearance, so ordered it. The part that clips to the vent is VERY tight and doesn't turn easily according to her, but she got it to work after a few minutes.
