poxerdots are not really usable, very unfortunete . . . both dots will lose their connection to iPhone half way through a recovery session. I have done factory reset, re-connect to App etc. multiple times - they are still not working. Your customer support is helpful & very responsive, still dots are not working properly. (in fact, very annoying and not useable)

The Duo 2. 0 has been fantastic in helping me treat a long-term shoulder injury. For the last two years I've had pain whenever I perform certain lifts and for days afterward. The Duo has helped me awaken and strengthen weak connecting muscles and alleviate the constant ache in my shoulder. I've mainly used the Smart Recovery sessions post my strength training workouts which have helped to end the constant pain that I had previously as well as recover before my next session.
Bluetooth issues

There are serious Bluetooth connection issues right from the start. The app constantly loses connection with the devices, regardless of how close the phone is to the Therabody. I've tried reinstalling the app, factory resetting the devices, and setting them up again in the Bluetooth settings, but nothing works. The connection is instantly lost as soon as I start any program, and it doesn't even reconnect. As a result, I completely lose control of the device and can only start programs without maintaining any functionality.

… I have the issues keeping the Bluetooth Connection to my iPhone. I've read that it seems that I am not the only one. At least the Connection seems better with an IPad. Nevertheless as soon as the dots start stimulating the muscles get relief which is nice

Product is well made, but has a bug regarding the BT connectivity (maybe it was only one-off with me). However, although it works, it disconnected each session, so that i was unable to use the app properly.. and was not able to conclude the (recovery) program as instructed..

All good but 2 things: - Sometimes it disconnects and you have to restart the plan. - The pads wear quickly, even when taking good care of them. Would be nice to have other pad possibilities.
