It has great power for short time in a small spot. Gives you good comfort if your pain is very localized in a small area. It wasn’t the case for us, it provided some relief but the cold time runs out quick so there is no time to move it to the whole affected area. Great for travel when you do not have access to ice pads.

This is a great addition to my Therabody products. I am recovering from foot surgery and need to “ice” several times a day for a whole year. This is a perfect product for when I don’t have ice nearby. Highly recommend.

This lil cube is very handy. So far I’ve used it to cool down the muscles in my forearm (the strap is very convenient) and to also warm up the neck and trap muscles on one of my clients before their massage. I plan to use this both personally and professionally in my massage practice.

It functions reasonably well and the battery life is good. Truthfully I did not notice an improvement with shoulder muscle pain like heating pads and ice usually do. Not good for lower back inflammation. It’s too small but also too thick. I bet it works for people with calf or thigh pain. Very easy to control the location. But I found it almost impossible to apply on my back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're used to extremely hot packs, especially the type that are the temperature of hot water right off the stove, then this may not be your favorite. However, if you just need some sort of heat to reduce spasms, tensions, etc. , then this is perfect. Size and heating potential are phenomenal. Only thing that is somewhat frustrating is that its a perfectly smooth cube and the body is not so when putting it on your back, knee, shoulder blade, you have to really toggle with it to get it in an optimal postion.

When the contrast sequence finishes I then use the Theragun Mini to massage the heart area. What I've noticed is that my HRV, RHR, and vascular age data have improved from the data collected both my Oura Ring and Withing's Bodyscan Smartphone Scale. THANK YOU THERABODY!!!
