    Nice Upgrade for Me!

    Nice phone with more memory than I will need. Transfer of data from a J7 Samsung phone was very easy. All my pictures and contacts were saved. Still learning all the features. Only negative is it can't be charged wirelessly.

    Nice phone

    My old Samsung phone lasted for several years. But got slow from being outdated. The new phone is pretty easy to navigate and also setting it up and transferring was good. Very happy with it so far.

    My first smartphone

    I never had a smartphone but only used a basic flip phone as I saw little use for the features on a smartphone. This is a nice basic phone, but now gives me the ability to use it for a continuous glucose monitor and to access the internet if I need it. So far, I am learning more about its features, but I doubt if I will use it more than for phone calls.

    This phone is hard to get used to. It is very touch sensitive and sometimes will change to a different screen on its own. Things you delete will pop back up and have to be deleted again. Not real happy with it.

    Phone touch screen acting flaky

    A little disappointed that this phone has issued that I didn't see with the phone I am replacing. Couldn't answer my phone calls, so I had to setup using the UP Volume control to be able to answer my phone calls. When my alarm on my Clock goes off I can't shut it off by tapping the the Dismiss on the screen. I basically have to cancel it by doing a Close All of all functions within the far left button on bottom of screen. When I get notification of upcoming event on my Calendar app I can't shut that off by tapping on screen Dismiss. Other than these annoyances the phone is fairly easy to operate and is getting me around the issue of constantly having to delete apps ( lack of internal storage space) to update my apps.

    A few annoying bugs

    I've used the voice-to-text option on my Galaxy A10 for a few years w/o a problem. This A15 doesn't seem to understand English occasionally. Plus it puts unnecessary punctuation in the middle of a sentence, which sometimes changes the meaning. Also uses capitol letters that shouldn't be there, making my messages full of grammatical errors. Takes forever to get my message out when I have to spend time correcting things. Very frustrating!
