There is no information on dashboard for my internet usage, I hardly use the internet and my usage was exhausted within ten days in the billing cycle. My dashboard also doesn't show the plan I'm using, to figure out my internet nor carry over usage. There appears to be no way to audit my plan. I've been with Tracfone for several years.

i have been on the phone for an hour and prior to that had a worthless chat session. this plan does NOT roll over data. data is gone at 30 days (i still have active plan until sept of 2022).they tried to explain that they could not credit my lost data because i did not call before plan expired- so they could not track my usage- plan expired on 4/13 i called on 4/14. i couldnt make understand that i didnt know data was gone until it was gone... and some nonsense about although i still had service days on my phone they were apparently not the right type of plan days in order for the data to roll over. in order for the data to roll over i would have had to purchase another plan before the plan i purchased on 3/13 expired... again i still have service days until september of 2022 (and supposedly unlimited texts and talk until then- according to my account on the website). bunch of crap. and no auto reply i will not call you at 1-800 blahblahblah to discuss this as i got NO assistance the first time OR by using live chat.... so angry. ad clearly says data will roll over.

We have a valid service contract through July 2022. The data did not carryover as advertised. It was added to the account/phone on 12/26 and on 1/26 (30 days), the data amount reduced to 1.25gb (almost original data from before 12/26). The user of this phone does not use a lot of data and it was over 8.0 gb prior to 1/26/22. We have been Trac users for 10+ years, so we are familiar with our contract/plan and how things work. I'd be leery purchasing this.
