Great exercise device
I typically jump rope outside but when it is raining, I use this board inside and I've been very impressed with it, especially when using the arm bands.

It's a work out.
This board has surprised me with how well it works. It is easy to use and I love how the bands can be incorporated to the work outs. I have watched several videos that have been easy and fun. It helps you be mindful of your core and balancing to keep it in one location.

be careful getting on and off
you may need to use a Matt or rug. Other than that its great ..its fun, hard work and everyone in my house loves it. The heaviest person who used it was 300 lbs and its is sturdy. Thanks for the great product my legs and abs are burning ��

A simple way to stay fit
At first I was skeptical but my close friend whom I used to work out with recommended this product. Personally I feel like I get a better work out with using dumbbells (others use the wrist or ankle weights).I also recommend to have the correct posture (bending knees with back straight) since this does affect how well of a work out you get. I am very happy with this product.

Love this balance board!
Great for helping workout my tummy and for squats, and love that it comes with the attachable tension bands!Update - Mine broke in half after about 6 months of use. I was doing squats and was pregnant when it broke, but still only weighed 165 lbs. I'm hoping it was a fluke. I bought another one a few weeks ago because I loved it so much, so hopefully this one will last a lot longer.

I'm surprised what a good workout this is! I bought it because they had me doing lots of balance boardy things at physical therapy. I got a serious balance board and it was too hard and a little scary. This thing seemed easier and more secure. Then I noticed that I was actually sore from it. I've been working out for a lot of years and I never get sore.One caveat - I have tiny feet. I wear a women's size 6. I have very little extra space past my toes and heels. If you have long feet, this may not be for you.

Replaced my Simply Fit
This makes a good replacement for my 5 year old Simply Fit that finally cracked in the middle. They seem to have been out of them for months now and I needed a replacement because I love the board. This Solofit looked like the closest to it and the sturdiest of all that are out there. The bands are an added bonus, and because I'm only 5'2", I had to shorten them by pulling them through the handles, tying new knots and cutting off the excess. All good now. It works just fine, the way I'm used to, so as long as it holds up, I'll continue to be very pleased.

Great at home workout!
Bought this about two years ago and I liked it but after using it a few times I forgot about it. Fast forward to stuck at home and no gyms thanks to COVID-19, I AM SO HAPPY I BOUGHT THIS!! There's a bunch of videos on YouTube to give you ideas for exercises. I live in an apartment which limits what types of workouts I can do, mostly quiet ones, and we don't have space for a lot of equipment. I've been sore every day since starting back up with it and I can do it with my fianc� asleep in the next room!

I've been using this product everyday since Dec 2nd and love my progress so far. I've trimmed down my waist and built up my strength! I recommend getting one of the Simply Fit Board DVD's to go with this board so that you'll have an exercise routine to follow instead of the paper instructions that come with the Solofit board. Also I prefer to use a small area rug to twist on for more resistance and a better work out, the rubber mat makes the twisting too easy. I use 5 lb weights when twisting for even more of a cardio boost!

Great product
Received this last week and after 2 days of using it, my core and legs are sore. It takes some getting used to because of the balancing but that is part of the exercise. I had to hold on to the counter for stability until I got the hang of it. The board is very sturdy and will continue using

I love this product. Super low impact. Easy to use. I feel it in my quads and core. It gets me up while watching a movie or tv show. Every little bit helps.
