Absolutely Horrible!

I would give this item 0 stars if it would let me. It completely stopped working after just two months. It states that it has a 12 month limited manufacturer warranty however I have been unable to contact the manufacturer. Target has been NO help in this matter. I am very disappointed.

Great neck wrap

This neck wrap is really amazing. I have had a lot of shoulder pain and this has alleviated much of it. I use it at night and I love the warming effect.

Quick pain relief
