They are cheap for a reason. Yes, they CAN cut, but they do a horrible job. Save yourself the trouble and buy a nicer pair so you don’t have to spend time fixing your nail later.

bought these as a spare pair for travel. These were by far the cheapest and I figured they all do the same job so I'll just go with these. They do not cut at all. They tear into the nail and do not give a nice sharp cut. Even though they were only a couple of dollars I wish I hadn't bought them because now they are just going in the garbage.

Unhappy that nail clips packaging was open and clips were loose in box. Initially thought I just got empty package. If had been gift, would have returned. These were for personal use and are the sharpest and best brand as they don't tear your nails.

Worst nail clippers I’ve ever purchased. 99 cent stores sell even better ones than these . Not only do they not cut when they do cut they leave your nail super scratchy .

Works well. Cuts nail with ease. A little on the small side but better than other nail clippers that are way too small to get a good grip. These are easy to hold but would be better if it was just a tiny bit bigger. Cuts nails and cuticles very easily and cleanly. Seems like good quality.
