Q: I've been using these earbuds for about two years. Yesterday they just stopped charging. As far as I can tell, there is no damage to the charging port. It's not my cables. Why did they stop charging?

Q: How long do they take to charge in the case on the go?
A: Ate these earbuds able to be used with Iphone?

True Wireless Earbuds: The earbuds take approximately 20-30minutes to charge in the case, the case itself takes a little over an hour to charge. The case supports recharging the earbuds multiple times from a single charge. Q: My left earbud wont charge even if I leave it in the case all day. The case is charged fully and the right charges when I put it in the case. Do I need to reset my earbuds?
A: Hi, sorry for your trouble. It sounds like your left earbud is not charging properly. Pls use a Q-tip to clear the charging contacts (those metal dots, there are 3 of them on each earbud as well as the charging case) on the earbud and the charging case. Then put the earbuds back into the charging case, the LED indicator will up if it starts to charge. If it is still not working, pls contact customerservice@ttinno.com and we will help you 1on1. Q: I bought a pair of Hay Day true wireless earbuds for my daughter and they sound great. So then I bought a pair. Lot of crackling and popping sound exchange them for another pair and still getting the same sound what gives

Q: How come when I connect both headphones and take the right one out to charge the left one stops working? So the only way I can use these is if I’m using both of them?
A: These ear buds use the right earphone as the master control. You don't have to use them both but to use 1 ear bud it has to be the right side. Sadly when the right bud dies the left 1 is useless til the right gets a charge back.

Q: Is there a way to adjust volume on the earbuds? Is there a copy of the manual online

For example, if using these with your smartphone, turn up or down the volume on your phone and the earbuds volume will adjust automatically.
