Q: I've been using these earbuds for about two years. Yesterday they just stopped charging. As far as I can tell, there is no damage to the charging port. It's not my cables. Why did they stop charging?
A: I also tried cleaning the charging port.

The case supports recharging the earbuds multiple times from a single charge. Q: is there a way to change the earbud like settings or programing to make it where the left one is useful without the right one

Yes, while the right earbud is still in the closed case, try pressing and holding the left earbud's button until it turns on. We apologize for the issue you are experiencing and have a few suggestions that may help: With the Right earbud still in the closed case you can try pressing and holding the pressing the button on the left earbud till it truns on.(in already on power off and back on.) Earbud blinks blue 4 times. 3 Quick tap 7x on other earbud in charging case. Earbud blinks blue 4 times. 4 Take both earbuds out of the charging case. We apologize for the issue you are experiencing and have a few suggestions that may help: We suggest resetting the earbuds and go though the pairing process again To reset/unpair Place the earbuds in the charging case press and hold the reset button of the charging case for 6 seconds. The earbuds will turn on and off again, indicating the reset. Then repair them with your phone.
