Improving joint comfort and being able to be flexible without any limitations. They are drug free and contain ingredients like turmeric, tamarind, and cucumber! It also contains calcium. This is a new kind of supplement to me from Tylenol in the it doesn't contain acetaminophen. Instead it's intended to actually fix a problem instead of masking the symptoms. My knees and ankle give me issue time to time but I have had zero issues while taking this! I'm very pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this product for the last couple of weeks as someone who has an active lifestyle (CrossFit 5-6 days a week, Peloton 4-5 days a week, occasional run as well) with some knee, back, shoulder and Achilles discomfort as well as joint stiffness. The product helped with general everyday discomfort, especially after workouts, as I noticed less stiffness later in the day (CrossFit is early in the morning) and better overall mobility. It was also gentle on the stomach and easy to take. I did find the effects aren't immediate - it took a few days to really notice a difference. Also, it seemed better suited for mild to moderate discomfort, without really addressing anything more severe than that like pain relievers would do. Overall, good product and addition to my wellness routine but I don't see it replacing anything I'm already taking.

While taking these on a daily basis, I have run both a half marathon and a 5k race and felt limited joint pain after the runs. They are a little larger than I expected but no different from most supplements. They have a good flavor- reminiscent of a barbecue- but not overpowering by any means.
