It is durable, easy to clean and could hold up to 55 diapers. I especially love that it also has a childproof lock—absolutely perfect for our curious 22-month-old who’s always trying to open everything. The sleek design looks nice in the room, and the fact that it works with any bags is a huge plus. Highly recommend for parents with adventurous toddlers!

Despite what some reviews say, it does an amazing job containing diaper smells when shut. It’s also super easy to handle and clean! Just a tip: use quality trash bags and change them regularly for the best results.

I have been using the Ubbi diaper pail for the last year in our son’s nursery. After using it for about 3 months we noticed a foul odor. When we opened it all up we saw black mold growing in it. We thoroughly cleaned it, dried it, and put it together again. However, this kept happening. The lid is now rusted and the mold keeps coming back. We’ve tried a variety of products to keep the smell and mold at bay. I just ordered a Diaper Genie to replace our Ubbi. I’m disappointed because I loved the color and look of the product, but it seems like there’s no way to keep the moisture from hitting the lid and causing the mold and smell to come back. I hope you can solve this major design flaw.

We have been using this pail for 6 months & from month 3 it smelled gross. I have cleaned it, we use Ubbi brand bags AND even the ubbi brand scent absorbers. The pail is closed tightly & it smells up the nursery. Would not recommend.

Love the size of pail and convenience but after a couple of months it stinks so bad. I have cleaned it multiple times without any luck. I took it apart and I believe the smell is imbedded in the rubber seal. I can not get the smell out nor find a replacement.

We added this to our registry and we're so glad we did! The smell is well contained and not having to buy special bags is a plus. The only downfall is that I wish it was taller. My husband and I are both over 6ft, so having to bend down so far can be a pain

I received this diaper pail from my registry and was originally pleased with its size and aesthetic. However, as time has gone on, the diaper pail has started to REEK. Every time we open it the room fills with the scent of old poop. We tried to deep clean all of the parts with bleach etc, and discovered that the main issue is that the plastic seal takes on the smell of the diapers…permanently. My son is 15 months now but we’ve been dealing with this issue for at least the last 6. This product is not made to last. Don’t waste your money.

It encourages independence and responsibility. The rainbow print is helpful, as she is super girly and loves all things rainbows. Has a child lock to keep little hands away from soiled diapers, so that's great until the child learns to unlock it. Thanks to BzzAgent for the opportunity to review!

There was no smell and it held them all with no problems. The second round I used disposables so I could get an accurate run with it as I know most don't use cloth and it worked just as well. I had one of the plastic ones when my older children were babies and didn't use it a full week. Complete waste of money. This one I love!

I clean houses and 3 out 4 of my customers that recently delivered babies all were using Ubbi Pails. Never once got even a wiff of odor while cleaning there nurseries. So excited to have this and can't wait for my baby girl to get here.

Which means less smell escapes when you are disposing of a dirty diaper! Absolutely love it and the design on it is simple and cute.

We experienced a few very anxious times when we ran out of those trash bags and the in-store supplies were low during the pandemic. I received the Ubbi diaper pail for free in exchange for my honest review about a month ago and we love using it. Not only does it look nice, but we can use regular garbage bags! This might sound like a negligible feature, but we spent a lot more money, time, and anxiety trying to find the right trash bags for our other diaper pail. This pail is also really easy to use and we can slide the opening up with one hand. It also keeps our dogs (and toddlers) out of the diapers. The only potential downside is that if the pail is VERY full, then if you try to stuff a full diaper into it, it's possible to get a little messy around the opening. The material is very easy to clean and wipe down, so this hasn't been a problem for us. Like all pails, if you don't take the diapers out often enough then it can start to get a little stinky. We haven't had this issue when we take out the diapers more often.

It holds in all the dirty diapers smells , really does look sleek in the room matches nicely, also it's easy to open and use with one hand while multitasking as a mommy! The color is great the shape looks great overall this is a 5 star product!!! Perfect for a first time parent or a parent of multiple children. I definitely recommend buying this diaper pail wish I would have gotten one earlier now I will never go without one again!
