This matte face prime is my new favorite go to! I have bought many brands of primer and this is by far my most favorite! The price is excellent, the quality is excellent, and the wearability is excellent! Excellent all around!!! I wear this every single day after I moisturize my face and before I put on my makeup. It can even be worn alone to help blur lines and smooth my face out. I love the Ulta Beauty Collection line!!

Definitely oily right when you put it on. I would put the setting powder right after and then an oil blotting sheet and oil immediately after two minutes. one hour later, my oil blotting sheet was full of oil.

I have purchased this twice now. After the first purchase, I switched to my regular department store make up brand primer and the department store brand just didn't compare. I love the great blurred illusion and silky feeling of Ulta's. It works great on mature skin and no breakouts, which is amazing since I have crazy sensitive skin! If you haven't tried yet, I recommend you do.

I WAS so in love with this primer. I went to purchase more and realized the packaging was different, it says that it is the same but I have used this a few times and it does not work for me. Soo oily. Such a bummer.

This doesn't work, and my skin is shiny 1 to 2 hours after applying this primer under my makeup. I was surprised by how greasy this product felt when I used for the first time. After squinting at the microscopic list of ingredients, I read that this contains TWO kinds of oil: mineral and safflower. No wonder it doesn't control the shine on my face. I do not recommend.

I am always on the look out for a better performing foundation primer for my oily skin that is also flaky/dry at the same time around mouth and nose. Works well with Urban Decay Face Bond foundation. Give this combo a try if you have skin like mine.

I really loved Smashbox photo finish primer, and I read this was a great budget option, and I love it. Its a fraction of the cost abd feels the exact same creamy soft smooth feel. I've bought this product twice now, because I use it every day, even I'm not wearing make up.

I got this primer in a free sample pack from Ulta. I have used it a few times now and my skin is incredibly oily. I would rather use nothing than this. Definitely not purchasing or recommending.
