I really like the sleekness and lightness of the ring. I have had issues getting good deep sleep for many years as a 60+ year old. I didn't use any gadgets to track my sleep before because they were uncomfortable on the wrists. But, my son bought this for me and it was very comfortable. It helps me measure my sleep score daily, which I am trying to improve.

I logged my period once, and now it tracks my cycle and ovulation using real signals like temperature and heart rate - no daily inputs, and no subscription!
