Q: Can these be used on a chalkboard?

The uniball POSCA PC-5M Water-Based Paint Markers can be used on a chalkboard, uni POSCA markers are erasable on non porous surfaces and permanent on porous surfaces. On porous or unsealed chalkboards, the ink may stain permanently, so it is recommended to test on a non-conspicuous area first to confirm the desired results.

A: Thank you for your question! Yes, the POSCA markers will work on a skateboard. The markers stick well to wood and grip tape, but the design will last longer if you seal it with a clear coat. High-wear areas may still fade over time.

Q: Are Posca markers removable from fabric and what are they made of?

A: Hello Bob, thank you for your question. Posca markers are not removable from fabric or other porous surfaces. They are water-based, acrylic paint markers. Since these are water-based, the paint may fade after washing but leave a permanent residue on the fabric. A: Hi Elizabeth, thank you for your question. uni POSCA Markers are permanent on porous surfaces and removable on non-porous surfaces. Since glass is a non-porous surface, the paint in our uni POSCA markers can be removed with a damp cloth or other cleaning agent.

Q: Can I use on car or car windows?

A: Hello, thank you for your question. Yes, uni POSCA markers can be used on car windows and be removed safely without damaging your car window. uni POSCA markers can also be used on the exterior of the car, however, removal of the paint may require another cleaning agent such as rubbing alcohol or a plastic scraper which may not protect the car's paint. Also, any cracks or scratches in the cars exterior can make it more difficult to remove the paint. We always suggest testing the paint on a small area first before starting your project.

My opinion about posca markers
I really like how pigmented they are this is a really good brand and I do recommend although they are expensive. I also like that they are multi purpose. Only bad thing once again would be the price 4 markers cost me $11.40 and 8 for $20.00

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These paint markers are awesome. There are eight of them. I love that these paint markers can be used on multiple different surfaces. The possibilities are endless with these markers, pink, red, yellow, light blue, dark blue, green, white, and black. The colors are bright, so they stand out well. I love that I can use them on multiple different surfaces. The possibilities are endless with these markers. I wanted to paint my plain, white glass flower planter. These were perfect for the job. I am not an artistic person, but I like how my planter turned out. The paint markers are easy to use. Before the first use, the marker needs to be shaken. Then the tip needs to be pressed down on a piece of paper for a few seconds until the paint saturates the tip completely. After that, the markers are ready to go. I only used one coat of paint. Some of the colors could have used another coat because they were blotchy. I noticed I did need to wait until the paint dried if I was using more than one color close together. If I didn't, the paint colors would mix, causing the tips of the marker to be darker than the original color for a little bit. If I messed up, it was easy to wipe away the marker on the glass surface with a damp cloth as long as it hadn't dried yet. These markers are quick at drying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These POSCA paint markers are my new favorite art supply! They're so bright, colorful, and make it easy to create beautiful works of art. You have to press the tip down to prime them before use, but after that, it's smooth writing and drawing from that point forward forward. One of the aspects that I like most about these markers these markers is they are forgiving with mistakes. A cotton swab and some water is all you need to erase any marks that you did not intend. They have a fine consistency that hasn't clumped up in my usage so far. When painting rocks with these markers, I add a clear coat over the top that I purchased separately to give my designs more permanence. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the quality and vibrancy of these paint marker pens and will definitely be picking up more.

I did not have any issues with getting the paint to start for the first use. For the most part, only one layer is needed for coating/coloring. Certain colors may need an additional layer, but just goes to show how buildable the color/coverage can be. 10/10 recommend!

BEST paint marker in market so far

I used it on rocks, wood, paper. sheet and it comes out so smooth. The tip of marker is of medium size and comes out very evenly on small object. I can use long stroke without worrying about the color dryness. I also gave it to my 8 years old kid and she loved it. Color grades are very vibrant. These marker are such versatile and can be used in any art. Thank you Posca for making them.

There is a little bit of rubbing through the paper if you color too hard, but it still doesn't bleed. I hate messes and these markers are a win for me.
