No directions to mount marker tray. Need hammer to mount marker tray, forget about removing it.

Wrong Instructions
Hanging instructions say to slide hangers into space between board and aluminum frame, but there is no space there! Forcing hanger in between would deform the frame or cause the board to bulge out.

You shouldn’t have any issues sliding it into the channel of the frame. Would you be able to share a picture with us so we can try to diagnose the problem?
