It Was Just OK
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do get a lot of neck cramps as I work on my computer was excited to try this UTK Jade Stone Infrared Neck Heating Pad Wrap. First off, the velcro did not stick very well. I started it out in the lowest setting and barely felt warm. I did finally put it on highest setting and it did feel warm enough. It helped just slightly. I like that it has an auto shut off.

Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this neck heating pad it is easy and so convenient and doesn't take up to much room. It's small but very powerful and relieves sore muscles in the neck and especially the shoulders. It also has a carry bag to keep dust and anything off and doesn't take up much room on a shelf or in a drawer.

While it does a really good job of providing heat to the neck, it's not that comfortable to have around your neck. The 'collar' jabs into your throat. So if you can deal with that and get comfortable, it's a winner.

The stones heat up fast providing warmth to area. It has a timer with auto shut off. It wraps up and fits in a small carry bag (approx 5 x 6) allowing me to take it anywhere.

Feels great for neck pain
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I've gotten older, I've suffered from neck pain more and more frequently. I've been searching for a few years for a non-medicinal solution, and I think I've finally found it in this heating pad. Not only does my neck feel way better when I wear it, I find myself more relaxed both mentally and physically. Glad this thing has a timer on it in case it makes me fall asleep! The only knock it that it has to be plugged in to work, but fortunately I have a plug right by my sofa. Love this thing!

You can set the temp and how long you want it to stay on for then it will automatically turn off. So relaxing!

Natural Jade Healing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have arthritis in my neck and this neck wrap has been such a blessing! The jade stones heat up to provide pain relief. The wrap itself is soft and comfortable to wear, and it’s easy to adjust and get on/off. There is also a one-hour shutoff timer so I often wear while laying down for a rest and don’t have to worry about the wrap overheating. I highly recommend!

It’s very easy to use has control to adjust to your liking. I’m seeing a difference since I started using it the pain got less I will continue using it.

Yes but wouldnt recomend for neck
I don’t think this works well for neck, because it doesn’t stay and has an awkward placement, only works ok for your neck if you’re laying down with it pressed against a pillow, but it is perfect for your knees, back and when you’re having menstrual cramping! Does take a bit to heat up but it helped me a lot

The stones heated up and I did experience relief. Would I have gotten the same results with a regular heating pad, I think so. I will continue to use the product for convenience sake not due to the jade stones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little heating pad! I used the pad on my back after I pulled a muscle while playing golf. It quickly made a difference. I like the small compact size, the soft neoprene wrap, and convenient carrying case. The jade stones are soothing and perfectly distribute the heat. Adjusting the timers and changing heat levels is super easy.

It's definitely not like your regular heating pad. I love the auto shut off feature that makes using it safer. It was overall comfortable and well fitting. I'm was very impressed with this product.

When I saw the UTK heat for pain relief neck pad I decided to give it a chance. I’m very happy that I did, I absolutely love it. After using it I decided to look on the companies website and saw numerous other bands, knew, heating pads in all sizes, shoulder pads. If you are looking at the UTK neck band do yourself a favor and get it, you won’t regret it.

Soothes Sore Muscles
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heating pad really works well. It takes a few minutes to heat up but it is worth the wait. Three levels of heat available (low, medium and high) and a shut off timer. Fits great around the neck but you could use it on your knees or shoulder also. Very soothing heat from the stones. Highly recommend to ease pain in the neck area.
