Q: The active ingredients state 100% petroleum jelly, but then says it also contains flavor as an inactive ingredient. Where is the lip treatment that is without flavor? The flavor makes me wheeze.

This was great until they added the "flavor". It was the only 100% petroleum jelly you could find in a convenient tube like this and the only thing my lips weren't allergic to. Now I can't use it :( bring back the original formula please!!

Extremely hard to get out of the container. I had to squeeze so hard and then popped the wrong end open. From now on I will buy the aquaphor version of this

One day, my lips just got so itchy, and I still don't know the reason why. I have eczema, so I thought I would treat it the same, so I kept it moisturized. I tried 10+ different brands of lipbalms and NOTHING WORKED. This is the only thing that helped me. I used it once, and it's like magic. Itch was gone in a matter of fee seconds, and it lasted for a whole day. I kept on using it for weeks, and now my lips are all healed. It won't itch anymore. Love love love this product.

i really enjoy this for my consistently chapped lips. as long as it isn't too cold out this is amazing. if using in cold weather, you'll need a lot of strength to push this out of the tube.

I'm not sure why everyone is complaining about the tube. It's a standard squeeze balm. I think people not knowing how to squeeze from the bottom is more telling about their intelligence than it is the product. It works fine for me because I know how to use lip balm.

I love the product itself, but it is very hard to get out of the tube, im always scared pushing it out, that the package would explode/pop. The formula is great, love the way it feels, how long it lasts, and its results. Please make modifications to the tube/packaging!

WARNING!! This is not the same product that they used to sell. I have used the vaseline in the tube for lips for many years. I like the stuff that's the consistency of vaseline in the little bottles. This one has added "FLAVOR". It caused problems on my lips because I did not realize this was an inactive ingredient of this new version. I am very disappointed. I will not be buying any more of this version. It is not the same as the old one!

Works decent for my 3 year old but the container is so poorly made! It’s too thick and when I tried to squeeze it out the back popped and 90% of the product fell on rhe floor. I’m not buying this again.

It is so very, very difficult to squeeze the jelly out of the tube. If it was easier, then I could actually use the product more often! The prior design with the round tip instead of the slant tip is much more preferred as well. I came to this site hoping to find a trick to squeeze out the jelly from the tube, but after reading some reviews, apparently other dry-lipped customers are in the same situation as I am.

I loved this product, but you went and changed the tip from round to angled. It does not flow right with the angled top, bring back the round top, it is more comfortable to use.
