Great rug for the price...looks like more expensive rugs!
I've been on the lookout for a large, neutral rug that would work in our coastal-ish living room that wouldn't break the bank because #children. (Also #cats.) I've owned Safavieh rugs before and this one is definitely the quality I expect. (I just got it, so can't speak to longevity, but I see this one tolerating wear well and it isn't a snagged hot mess out the gate, so that's something.) You will not find this rug for this price anywhere else, especially on sale, so it's worth grabbing. while it's available! I knocked off a star for two reasons: 1. The color online looks cooler than it is...it's truly IVORY and gray with flecks of black (see detail photos for colorway, including it shown next to a true white laquer tray...still totally works with white, but be aware it's not how it looks in the main image); and 2. It is not 8' wide. The length is 10', but it measures about 7.5' wide...specs don't reflect this, so I had to trim an 8 x 10 rug pad to fit (which I don't care about, but if size has to be 8', this isn't going to work for you). Beautiful rug and looks much more expensive than it is! Arrived securely wrapped and easy to unpack (just read printed instructions to avoid cutting into rug or having a nightmare on your hands if you need to return), took a little over a week. Worth the wait, for sure! Only thing I would change is maybe ordering a size up. It's a winner, y'all.
