Red dye
We thought we loved these until I saw they have red dye in them. Red dye gives me migraine flares. I swear this never had red dye before. Why add it? Artificial dyes don’t belong in medicine.

Mostly great
My kids and I both really like these and find them very helpful to fall asleep naturally. They taste really good and are sugar coated, taste like candy. I took two stars off for two reasons, one these contain artificial coloring, which is unhealthy and completely unnecessary especially for something claiming to be "pure" and natural. Two, there used to be valerian root included, but they quietly took that out without mention, I only noticed because I checked the ingredients after I noticed they didn't seem to work quite as well. Otherwise they still seem to work better than other melatonin supplements we have tried.

Formulation change!
These used to be amazing but they reformulated it and took the valerian root out. How disappointing that they don’t make that clear on the label. Frustrating companies try to cut costs so much by removing ingredients to save bottom line on great products.

I take these all the time! One, you just sleep really good, two you’re knocked out. Like drooling lol. I never wake up feeling funky either and can always hear my alarm. My mom who literally thinks anything is a drug and bad lol she ever takes these now. To the point she won’t let herself run out. Please try, but only tho kind. The other versions even by this company just doesn’t feel the same.

Worst sleep!
Worst sleep ever. Tried it 3 nights, woke up so many times on and off. Never happened with another brand. Disappointed, and these are expensive.

My dad takes melatonin to help him sleep but since he’s diabetic he can’t take these. I hope you can substitute the corn syrup or just leave out sugar altogether!

It has a strange after flavor but not enough to stop me from taking it. I like that its in gummy form as sometimes pills can be hard to swallow. Overall, its a good product to help you fall asleep.
