A: Should be Vegan Friendly. Although it is possible to derive magnesium stearate from animal fats, it is not standard practice today in the food industry and no examples of tallow-derived magnesium stearate in foods or pharmaceuticals are known.

Good but prolonged use caused issue
These seem to get the job done, and are easy to grab in the morning. However, after using these daily for a few weeks, they started to burn a hole under my tongue! Super painful, but heals pretty quick if you stop using the tablets for a few days. If you don’t use them for prolonged periods of time, they seem to be fine; but I would caution daily use.
