Vitamix Mini Immersion Blender

The processor is excellent and does a great job at chopping and processing food. I gave the review only 4 stars because I have such a hard time putting the lit on securely. I really have to fight with the unit to get the tabs to snap in place.

Three times I was going to purchase this and I clicked out of the purchase because I thought it would be too small, reading some negative reviews about the lid snapping on also made me not want to buy it, I do have the food processor attachment and it is hard to get on and off with my arthritic hands And it does not shred my cheese correctly so I never use it, finally I decided to purchase this and I absolutely love it, even with my arthritic hands I was able to remove the lid very easily it is a little learning curve putting the lid on, also trying to blend lightly so it just chops my vegetables and not purée them, otherwise I am truly happy at the moment!

Im a frequent cook and I got tired of my cuisinart mini prep blades going dull. I just got this and it is incredible. Run dont walk to buy one. If you dont have the immersion blender. Get that too. And the whisk attachment also amazing. Buy it all and the blender cup too if you dont have a suitable stainless one like i use which is an old milkshake cup i had lying around. Seriously you can tell this is going to last. Breeze to clean. And works perfectly. I made Chinese chicken dumpling filing this morning and the texture is perfect and its consistent throughout the bowl and the bowl is a perfect size. Bravo.

i used this mini chopper for the first time and it worked great for making nice cream in seconds with frozen bananas and other ingredients. love it!! was easy to clean as well.

This works really well and is a nice size. The motor snaps on and off easily. The top of the chopper does not go on easily—you have to line it up just right and push harder than it seems you want to. Maybe I just need to get the hang of it.

Size is perfect for small tasks, you can tell by holding it that it’s a sturdy, hefty, quality built container. Perfect size to make a batch of salsa on a whim. ☺️. Only issue I’ve had is removing the lid after chopping, my hands/fingers aren’t as strong as they used to be, hence 1 star removed. Otherwise this is the PERFECT sized, and best quality mini-chopper I’ve owned. Well worth the cost!

This is a very powerful, yet quiet immersion blender. I used it regularly to chop peppers, onions, and mince garlic. It saves me time and effort, and is also easy to clean.

So fast and easy! I make fresh food for my little dog every morning. Some chicken and veggies and click and fast chop and his morning and afternoon meals are ready. His little tail starts wagging as soon as he sees me get the blender out of the cabinet.

I really like the size of this & the ease of use. Just wish there was a way to be able to drizzle oil or other liquid in the bowl while blending.

I wasn't sure how well this would work with tomatoes. I love tomatoes but hate the weekly task of dicing. I put quarter slices in the chopper along with serrano pepper, onion, and garlic and after a few pulses had the perfect texture for my salsa. I used it later for just tomatoes and they also came out the way I like. Other blenders have liquified tomatoes, but the Mini-Chopper actually chops them and in a fraction of the time. A top criterion for products is if they are dishwasher-safe and this is. Worth the money!

This is easy to use, no functional problems like with a lid or something and works well. I was suspicious because of it's size but it's just as effective on say, grinding nuts for example for nut butter (I don't use oil) which saves me a BUNCH OF TIME because that LONG LONG process in the full size is a PAIN to use and clean.

Overall a great immersion blender! I've owned a number of immersion blenders and the Vitamix is the most powerful. It's also built to last a very long time and it's very easy to clean. It's also surprisingly quiet. I bought the optional food chopper bowl and that attachment works great and it's also very well built. The Vitamix is the most expensive, yet great quality and function should be your top priority. So as far as pure value, there is no other immersion blender that can compare, regardless of price.

The chopping down for the Vitamin had mixture is such a time saver for me--a busy home cook and gardener. I love it! It chops so perfectly and with the stand holding the handheld mixer, it is easily accessed. I t cleans easily too with a weebit of dish soap and warm water. Thank you for a great product!

I think this is the best accessory to purchase with the immersion blender, great for when I don't want to break out the food processor to prep smaller things.

Perfect size for most food processor needs. The quiet, multi speed immersion blender wand attaches easily & securely. Rubber base is secure and detaches easily for easy clean up. Lid is a just bit tough to remove, but it is water & leak proof.

This is a great attachment for the immersion blender. Very convenient especially for chopping small items!!

I love it. I threw out other stuff - not needed anymore.

I've used this for chopping cabbage for cabbage salad, does an excellent job. Fairly easy to clean/rinse off, if done before food dries on it. There aren't too many crevices for bits to get stuck in. My biggest pet peeve and the only reason I gave it 3 stars is the lid does not snap on easily to the base container. I have to fiddle/readjust it several times to get it to click together. It feels like there is something in the way but there isn't and I don't want to use too much pressure for fear of breaking something. I thought it would get easier the more times I used it, but so far not. Have used over 30 times.

I have had other mini choppers, but none like this. It works very well. Great for making small batches of hummus, making Life is No Yoke Detox (Mommy) Salad).
