This is a great waterpik but it’s pretty rough on the gums … very powerful even on lowest setting . Also I love that it’s rechargeable!

It seems to do what it says. But for a name brand product, it is so cheap feeling. There is no battery level or charge indicator. Just a little white light that says it's plugged in, but that's it. A battery level indicator is such a basic feature these days. It also feels like it's bigger than it needs to be. It's this big hunk of cheap plastic. But again, if you travel, and you won't floss, I recommend it.

Reservoir uptake hose keeps falling off. Had to glue it in place. Because of its poor design, it's also quite difficult to fully drain the reservoir.

I was surprised that this newer version is more powerful than another water flosser made by Waterpik that came bundled with my corded unit. It's strong enough, water pressure-wise, to replace the corded one, in my view.

I have returned the WF-21W010. It was not what I expected and was not easy to use. It seemed to be splashing water all over, and the tank emptied too quickly and had to be refilled to often. This was especially difficult in a shower. Also, I was very uncomfortable with the pulsating water even with the lower flow. It actually hurt my gums.
