Not a true red
Disappointed in the color.which was one of the main reasons I chose this model. I ordered the red version, but it is not a true red, more of a dull mulberry. I haven't tried it yet and am not sure if i will keep it.

Great features and easy to clean
This toaster is a necessity for my morning routine. I love being able to see my toast as it browns, so I never end up with burnt edges. It heats up super fast, which is awesome when I'm in a rush. I absolutely love the little window so i can see thw shade of my toast and the kids like watching it. They are mesmerized by watching it. Viewing window means no burnt toast!
I love the viewing window on this toaster. It takes the guesswork out of toasting. It has multiple shade settings, wide slots for bagels or thicker bread, and simple controls that are easy to use. Unique viewing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toaster is so unique in having a viewing window. My kiddos love watching their pop tarts toast. It is lightweight and easy to use. It has a defrost function which is a plus for toasting frozen waffles. The slots are wide enough that you can toast anywhere from as thin as a pop tart to a wide bagel. Good buy

It takes the guesswork out
As someone who is very particular about toast (we’re talking specific shade of golden-brown, crisp edges, but still tender center), I don’t take toaster purchases lightly. I’ve returned more toasters than I care to admit. The Willow Two Slice Toaster with Viewing Window has officially earned permanent counter space in my kitchen. I love being able to see my bread while toasting so no longer am I pushing the lever down and just hoping for the best!
